Valentine’s day cards!

Need: Card, watercolour paper, watercolour paint (block or liquid), a page of an old book or newspaper, double sided tape/ glue.

I first folded the card to make a card. I cut a piece of paper to fit the front of the card and cut a heart out of the old page from a book just smaller than the card. The children then used watercolour paint to paint the paper and the heart. When the paint was dry, I stuck the paper on to the card and then the heart on top.

I think they look so effective!

Happy Valentine’s everyone! xx
