We borrowed “Have you seen my dragon?” by Steve Light from a friend. As soon as I showed Tom he was immediately captivated by the pictures and enjoyed the detail particularly the different types of transport. The book is set in a big American city, a small boy has lost his dragon. The search takes him on a journey through the city. It is a wonderful counting book, it is great that it extends up to number 20, when other books tend to stop at 10. The book is black and white, the only colour is the object that we are counting. There is also a map at the end which Tom really enjoyed looking at, following the journey the boy took. Highly recommend this book!
