Now this really is a quickie …. it’s a healthy snack recipe for the kids that requires no cooking and is soooo easy. To be honest I did have a mixed reaction from the children but I really enjoyed it and maybe your child will too! Recipe taken from the blog “Garnish with lemon”
Apple sandwich delight!
Take out the core of the apple then slice.
Place two slices of apple on a plate and butter them with almond butter.
Sprinkle granola on one slice of apple then place other slice of apple on top to make an apple sandwich.
Repeat using remaining apple
Eat and enjoy! xxx
