Fab day out in Blackheath and Greenwich!

Blackheath common and church with spire London

We love this day out and will repeat it this summer! I did this day out last week, with an 18 months old, 4 and a 5 year old. First stop is the Beach at Blackheath, it is a fab café with a garden with a big sand pit with sand toys and water. They sell the most amazing salted caramel brownie!

Then we headed across the heath into Greenwich, quick visit to the deers, feed the ducks, wondering through the rose gardens. Tom always loves to choose the direction we go in, as well as hiding and climbing in the trees. We headed further down the park to have our picnic.

Final stop the Maritime Museum we headed straight for the new “Ahoy!” play area- so much to do…..playing shop, mending ship, catching fish, dressing up and driving the ship!

Such fun day for all and a really cheap day out! (The only money spend was what we spent in the café!).2015-05-22 15.25.57
