A really sweet story!

I picked up “That rabbit belongs to Emily Brown” by Cressida Cowell and Neal Layton at a friend’s house and thought what a lovely sweet story! Emily Brown loves her very special cuddly toy rabbit but the Queen has her heart set on having it and the Queen even goes as far as stealing it from Emily. Emily goes to get her rabbit back and teaches the Queen how she too can have a very special cuddly toy of her own. 61J2FKZsdkL._SX258_BO1,204,203,200_

What I particularly enjoyed about this book are the different settings that are depicted in the illustrations from the Barrier reef to Amazonian rainforest, if I was still a teacher I would definitely use this as a tool for teaching about story settings. What a charming story, well deserved of its Nestle book prize! Xxx
